We completed the de-fit of a pop-up shop in Chadstone Shopping Centre. The project was carried out overnight, over 8 hours, with an 8-person team, ensuring the store was safely cleared before the centre reopened.
Due to the store’s open location within the shopping centre, tall safety walls could not be erected to separate the work area from the public. This required careful planning and rapid execution to minimise any risk to shoppers and staff. All fixtures, fittings, and non-structural elements were removed efficiently, leaving the site clean, safe, and ready for refurbishment.

We were subcontracted to carry out soft demolition on a residential property in Hastings, Victoria. The project involved removing roof tiles, fixtures, fittings, and all non-structural materials to prepare the home for full demolition.
